MegaMag® Fem Balance has been reformulated and vitamin B6 is now in the active form, pyridoxal-5-phosphate. Also carrageenan, cellulose gum & xanthan have been removed and replaced by guar gum.

MegaMag® Fem Balance delivers high strength, easily absorbed magnesium and incorporates myo-inositol, vitamin B6, calcium, magnesium and manganese, together with B vitamins, vitamin E and vitamin C.

Powdered formulas allow therapeutic amounts of ingredients that are difficult to achieve in tablets or capsules. Magnesium, vitamin C and B vitamins all contribute to energy metabolism and nervous system function. The magnesium in this formula is provided as bisglycinate, the gentle, easy to absorb form of magnesium. 

MegaMag® Fem Balance contains vitamin B6 which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. The vitamin B5 included is necessary for the production and metabolism of steroid hormones such as oestrogen. Contains body-ready folate as Metafolin (5-MTHF), which along with magnesium and other B vitamins contributes to normal psychological function as well as the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. 

The magnesium and calcium in MegaMag® Fem Balance both contribute to normal muscle function, as well as the maintenance of teeth and bones. 

This unique formula also contains vitamin C and E which help protect cells from oxidative stress (free radical damage).
