Liver Support is a multivitamin and mineral complex for general liver support, that was created by the esteemed Naturopath Xandria Williams. As well as a synergistic complex of vitamins and minerals, Liver Support also contains N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC), milk thistle, dandelion, lecithin and a blend of amino acids.

Liver Support provides a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals. Vitamins C and E, and the minerals selenium, zinc, copper and manganese, all contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. 

Liver Support also contains a range of botanical extracts including milk thistle, dandelion, red beet powder, proanthocyanidins and quercetin. Milk thistle is a popular natural herb, which has been used traditionally for centuries and has an excellent safety profile. Dandelion may contribute to normal liver and digestive function, whilst providing protection from oxidative stress.

The formula includes lecithin, which contains high levels of phosphatidyl choline. Choline helps to support the healthy functioning of the liver and the normal metabolism of lipids (fats). It helps to prevent the build-up of fats in the liver by transporting them for other uses in the body. It is in this way that choline helps to maintain normal liver function.

Liver Support features a range of amino acids, including the sulphur amino acids N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC), l-cysteine and l-methionine.
