Eskimo®-3 Fish Oil is our highest strength and most cost effective omega-3 supplement in our fish oil range. It's easy to take with the daily recommended dosage being one teaspoon, which can be taken by itself or even used as a part of a tasty salad dressing.

The essential fatty acids EPA and DHA are provided in their optimal 3:2 ratio, the same ratio found naturally in oily fish. Omega-3 fatty acids have been well studied, with EPA and DHA contributing to the normal function of the heart, and DHA supporting normal brain function and vision. However, the typical western diet is low in omega-3s, as we simply don't eat enough fish, in particular the oily fish needed to supply the body with the essential omega-3s it needs.
